1. Reservation and Deposit:

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. It will charge you an additional $6.62 as taxes and fees.

• The remaining balance (excluding taxes and fees) will be due in person at the workshop. Cash, venmo, and zelle are preferred and will not be subject to additional service fees and charges. All card transactions are subject to service fees and taxes.

• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the workshop will forfeit the deposit completely even if reschedule is booked.

• NO-SHOW: If you do not show up within 20 minutes of your appointment, or do not show up at all. You will automatically be charged the full remaining balance. Please be respectful of our team and our time.

3. Workshop Attendance:

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled workshop. Late arrivals may miss out on important instruction time. There is a 10 minute grace period before your session will be cancelled as it will push back the rest of the day’s appointments.

  • If you are late but still arrive within 15-20 minutes and we are able to accommodate you in time - a late penalty fee of $10 will be applied. Please be sure to be on time out of respect for the instructor’s time and other clients after you.

• Silver clay is quite a complicated, delicate medium. Even with instruction and guidance, your ring could easily break during the process if not careful. We have an 18+ age policy in place because the techniques involved are quite advanced and require a certain level of maturity and comprehension. We want to ensure that all participants can fully engage and benefit from the experience. To ensure you can go home with a whole piece that day, this class is only for adults ages 18+. We appreciate your understanding!

4. No Returns or Exchanges:

• All products created during the workshop are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items made during the session.

• In the case that the ring breaks during the workshop, we will not have time to remake it that same day. You will be allowed to schedule another time to come back to remake your ring at 50% off the original workshop price.

• A finished ring is not 100% guaranteed as they may break during the process. We will do our best to make sure you walk out with a finished piece, but please do keep in mind since it is a handmade workshop - unforeseen accidents may happen.

5. Fees and Disclaimers

• In the case that any tools or materials are broken or damaged by the client during the workshop, a flat fee of $25 will be charged for replacement per tool.

• The rings are made of pure 99% silver. Claedo Studio is not responsible for any reactions on the skin or body due to metal allergies. Claedo Studio is also not responsible for any injury before, during, or after the workshop. Please do not book if you are allergic to silver.

• Dog policy: Please note that the studio may have a dog. He is a 18lb, hypoallergenic, friendly, little guy. While we love furry friends, the in-studio dog loves them more and he will want to play with them which will become extremely distracting during the class; therefore, dogs and pets are not allowed. If you have a service animal, please contact us prior to booking at info@claedostudio.com so we can arrange for the in-studio dog to be elsewhere during your appointment time.

6. Refunds:

• The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or no-show.

• We do not offer any refunds or exchanges as each piece is a custom handmade item.

7. Changes to Workshop Schedule:

• Claedo Studio reserves the right to modify workshop dates or times if necessary. Participants will be notified promptly, and we will work to accommodate rescheduled sessions.
